Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based strategies.
• Turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and learning.
• Support youth in reducing challenging behaviors and building positive alternatives.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
• Document progress and contribute to treatment planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience, education, and qualifications, with weekly pay.

Schedule

Afterschool Program (school year): Monday‑Friday, 1 PM – 8 PM.
Summer months: Daytime hours between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Rotational Saturdays (required year‑round for Afterschool staff): 9 AM – 4 PM.
