In this role, you’ll work directly with children and youth, helping them build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence in their daily lives.

The position involves working one‑on‑one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development, implementing individualized treatment plans, turning everyday moments into growth opportunities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem‑solving.

Schedule
Afterschool Program operates Monday‑Friday from 1 PM‑8 PM during the school year and transitions to daytime hours (7:30 AM‑4:30 PM) during the summer months. Rotational Saturdays (9 AM‑4 PM) are required year‑round for Afterschool staff.
