Direct Support Professional

Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household dutiesSupport clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activitiesImplement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changesProvide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationshipsMaintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clientsCollaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate approach with patience and a desire to help othersValid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outingsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysCPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire Benefits Flexible Schedule.
