Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals within the residence and community
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Perform household, transportation, and program operations duties
• Comply with agency policies, training requirements, and staffing needs

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Two years of work experience with individuals with special needs (optional)
• A valid drivers license for two years
• The ability to safely lift and assist up to 70 lbs.

$17 - $20.50 per hour
