Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help individuals with developmental disabilities build independence, gain confidence, and stay connected to their communities. Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily routines and essential life skills
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and organization
- Accompany individuals to community activities, appointments, and outings
- Encourage social interaction, confidence, and independence
- Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Record services accurately using required electronic systems
- Stay in communication with families and the care team
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Complete all required hiring clearances and screenings
- Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification
- Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases
- Bring a positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support.

Schedule
You’ll provide support in both residential and community settings, depending on individual needs. Shifts are available during the day, evenings, and weekends to match your availability.
