Accessible Space is looking for caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals to make a difference every day. We have immediate Part Time hours available in Grand Rapids, MN. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Administer medication
- Provide personal cares
- Prepare meals

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Demonstrated customer-service approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation
- Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements
