About the role

Able2 is seeking Full Time Direct Support Professionals. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

  • Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting
  • Provide direct care including bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and maintaining daily living skills
  • Teach individuals to be more independent in their daily lives

Requirements

  • Valid/Clean Driver’s License (preferred, not required)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment

Qualifications

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.25-20.45/hour, with potential for additional differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility.
