Support individuals to reach their full life potential
Maintain quality of life with dignity and respect
Aid in Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and provide total care supports
Encourage independence to the individual's capacity
Serve as a positive role model to promote appropriate adult behavior
Provide accurate documentation
Adhere and implement Individual Support Plans
Assure a safe, clean home environment upholding accreditation standards and regulations
Team-player who can also work independently
Ability to travel independently while driving agency vehicles to provide transportation for individuals served
Maintain attendance according to the policy of the agency and position

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 6:30am - 2:30pm *Required to work every other weekend
Night Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. *Required to work every other weekend
Work location: Arnold

High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 21 years of age
Valid driver's license in good standing
Interpersonal communication skills
Ability to follow oral and written directions and problem solve
Ability to evacuate individuals served in the event of a fire, natural disaster, or another emergency
Must be able to perform CPR and crisis intervention techniques, paid training provided
Light computer skills to include data entry and word processing
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to be flexible to provide the needs of the individuals served
