Direct Support Professional - 7am-3pm Shift
About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist with hygiene
- Support daily routines and community outings
- Attend training sessions
- Complete special assignments as directed by the coordinator
Requirements
- One (1) year preferred of human service experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Valid license
- Passionate about working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs
- Strong understanding of behavior management and positive reinforcement
- Ability to complete required new hire orientation class
- Represent yourself as a positive role model
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $18.00–$20.52/hr based on experience, education, and shift
- Earn up to $0.50/hr in shift differentials
- Earn an additional $0.29/hr if you have an active CNA
- $1/hr increase to base pay with an active NADSP Level 1 Certification

- Multiple Locations: Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg, Scranton, Dickson City, Mount Pocono, Newfoundland, Greentown, Cresco and Canadensis.
