About the role

Merakey is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. This position requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and experience in a home health aide setting or school setting with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities in their homes.
• Ensure safety and comfort of residents during home visits.
• Help residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Document progress and communicate with family members and caregivers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• A high School diploma/G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• A desire to help others reach their fullest potential is essential.

Shift

Friday & Saturday, 4:00pm - 8:00am

Pay

$16.75 per hour
