Direct Support Associate
About the role
Join our program as a Direct Support Associate and help individuals thrive in their communities. You’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence. Gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Responsibilities include providing supervision and hand-over-hand assistance to ensure each person receives the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Support adults with diverse abilities and needs in community-based activities
- Assist individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other integrative activities
- Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed
- Promote independence and meaningful engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay
$19 hourly. Earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels of our DSP Career Progression Pathway.
Schedule
Full-time, 30 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.
