About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
  • Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
  • Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
  • Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years of experience P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Compensation

  • Compensation Base compensation: $20.00 per hour
  • Total Compensation: In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
