About the role
The Direct Sales Agent Specialist role is focused on driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. It includes selling to local customers both in person and over the phone, while also focusing on community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
- Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
- Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of experience in P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Compensation
- Compensation: Base compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Total Compensation: In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
