About the role

The Direct Sales Agent Lead Specialist leads, coaches, and develops a retail store's team members to attain sales goals, emphasizing customer satisfaction and profitable growth. This role also coordinates store staff activities in sales reporting, sales administration, and workforce scheduling while growing and retaining the customer base through new business and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report progress and ongoing metrics to all levels of management
• Identify training needs and work with training teams to maximize performance
• Understand, promote, and remain current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related to changes in policies and procedures
• Receive customer payments, issue receipts, verify reports of receipts for cash drawers, and ensure daily deposits are taken to the bank
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through new product sales, cross-selling, and customer retention
• Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource on all National General products and services
• Promote a positive work environment with a strong sales and client satisfaction focus, ensuring clear accountability
• Lead, coach, and develop team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Pay

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
