About the role
We help entrepreneurs build AI-powered businesses. We run high-volume Meta campaigns and focus on direct-response copywriting for AI-education businesses.
Responsibilities
- Write the ads for a $50M ARR AI-education business running multiple active funnels, with more launching.
- Create Facebook and Instagram video ad scripts (hooks, body, CTA).
- Develop static ad copy (headline, body, CTA).
- Write UGC-style scripts for on-camera talent.
- Create short-form ad variants and angle iterations.
- Support landing page and funnel copy as needed.
Requirements
- Must-have: 5+ years writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram specifically.
- Must-have: Personal experience on accounts with $500K+ in tracked Meta ad spend.
- Must-have: Portfolio of real ads you personally wrote, verifiable in the Meta Ads Library, with performance data.
- Must-have: Deep fluency in hooks, mechanisms, objections, proof, and buyer psychology.
- Must-have: Experience in info-product, coaching, online education, agency-services, or ecommerce.
- Must-have: Ability to write fast — multiple complete ad scripts in a single working session.
- Must-have: Highly fluent in English — native or near-native level.
- Must-have: Can take an angle brief and execute it without needing the concept explained three times.
- Not right for you if: Email copywriters or content writers with no paid ad creative experience, brand copywriters with no direct-response or performance marketing orientation, or anyone who cannot show, with Ads Library links and performance data, ads they personally wrote that ran in a paid account.

- Step 1 — 3 FB ads you personally wrote that actually ran.
- For each one, tell us:
- The brand and offer type.
- The hook being tried.
- Any performance data you have (CTR, CPA, ROAS, revenue — whatever you have access to).
- Links to live ads, screenshots, or a Google Doc are all fine.
Email-only portfolios will not be considered. If your portfolio is strong, we'll move to a call with our Head of Marketing. The writing assessment comes after that conversation — not before.
