About the role

The Direct Marketing Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various marketing channels, including phone calls and door-to-door canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through phone calls and door-to-door canvassing
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales presentations to clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of direct sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of local markets and demographics
