Direct Hire- Wholesale Sales Assistant- Los Angeles

About the role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant (Women's) to support a fast-paced wholesale apparel team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, partnering with major retail accounts, and helping manage the sales process from showroom appointments through production.

Responsibilities

• Support major retail accounts throughout each selling season
• Attend customer meetings and prepare detailed recap notes
• Set up and maintain the showroom before and after appointments
• Process purchase orders and communicate updates with production
• Manage production order tracking and inventory reports
• Create line sheets and monthly or seasonal sales reports
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and sales documentation
• Coordinate samples, shipping, and customer requests
• Schedule meetings and support Sales and Design teams with special projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel or fashion industry experience
• Experience supporting wholesale sales or merchandising teams
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a plus
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills
