Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
- Socialize and support community involvement, independent living skills, and advocacy for rights, needs, and preferences
- Maintain health and well-being, reporting changes as needed
- Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Pass a DHS background check
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required—training provided
- Comfort with basic computer use for documentation and team connection
- Read and write in English for clear communication and quality support

Pay
- Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase to $14.46/hr for the Sleep-Over DSP position
- Standard DSP Pay: $17.00/hr, potential increase to $17.50/hr after six months
