Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is a trusted provider of personalized senior care in Bucks County. We seek experienced Direct Care Workers to provide in-home care to seniors in Bristol, PA (19007).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Engage clients with companionship and meaningful daily activities
• Accurately follow care plans and document all services provided
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with seniors as a DCW, CNA, or HHA
• Verifiable professional references required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts reliably and consistently
• Must pass background checks, TB test, and physical exam
• Reliable transportation is a plus
