Duties
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities
- Aid in developmental training and active treatment programs
- Monitor resident health, safety, and overall well-being
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical care needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Previous experience in a customer service or caregiving role preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
