Starting rate increased to $16.00 per hour! Futures Through Choices is seeking compassionate, caring, energetic, creative, and fun individuals to join our Direct Care Support staff.

About the role

The Direct Care staff helps individuals with disabilities achieve their greatest potential by promoting self‑sufficiency, choice, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meal preparation and encourage healthy menu choices.
• Support personal hygiene tasks, including toileting, showering, and changing briefs as needed.
• Encourage clients to make their own decisions while providing guidance.
• Accompany clients to community outings, events, and activities.
• Plan and facilitate crafts and other appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment through basic housekeeping and laundry.

Pay

Entry‑level, part‑time position paying $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Available shifts: mornings and swings.
