About the role

This all-encompassing role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program. Duties include, but not limited to: Implementation and coordination of the team’s operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Responsible for ensuring that all organizational, departmental, and programmatic goals are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsible for daily planning, medication management and documentation, training as needed, staff scheduling, maintaining staff to client ratios, FTE management and overtime prevention. Directly responsible for program compliance on a daily basis. Assists with hiring, performance management, corrective action, and during any period of staff shortage. Attends/ensures staff attendance at intake meetings and shift reports, and communicates pertinent admissions information to all staff. Assures compliance with campus as well as community procedures. On-call duties as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field.
  • Three (3) years of human service experience required.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.

  • Experience supervising others.
  • Proven success in the oversight of operations.

  • Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff.

$24/hr, increases with experience!
