About the role
ABI Resources is seeking individuals to assist people in achieving better independence through various roles including Home Health Aide, Recovery Assistant, PCA, and more.
Responsibilities
- Perform drug screens and background checks as required
- Provide assistance to clients in their daily living activities
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience preferred, but not required
- Driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- At least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Experience working with disabilities is preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
