About the role
ABI Resources is seeking individuals to assist clients in achieving better independence through various support services.
Responsibilities
- Perform drug screens and background checks as required
- Provide companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support to clients
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience preferred, but not required
- Driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- At least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Experience working with disabilities is preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
