Direct Care Shift Supervisor

About the role

This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and trains personnel
• Maintains poise and professionalism
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communications
• Uses proven strong use of technology and learns new technology quickly
• Encourages others to learn new technology

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities
• Supervisory experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license
