About the role

Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Surgical Unit. Hours: (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Shift: Nights Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36 hours (3/12 Hours ) Weekend: Rotating

Responsibilities

• Assessing and admitting patients
• Rounding checks
• Giving medications
• Talking with family members
• Being responsible for the overall care of your patients

Requirements

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
• RN-Associate’s Degree, orRN-Bachelor’s Degree, orRN-Diploma, orRN-Master’s Degree
