About the role

Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN). Position is full‑time day shift, serving the Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg territory. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all miles driven between patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end‑of‑life care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations.
• Manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
• Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas.
