Pay Rate: $21.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment.
Schedule
- Sunday: 3pm–11pm
- Thursday: 3pm–8pm
- Friday: 3pm–8pm
Additional part-time, full-time, relief/per diem, 2nd and 3rd shifts are also available.
About the Role
Direct Care Professionals support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Medication distribution
Community outings provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, and bowling.

Requirements
- Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
- TB screening and physical upon hire, with TB updates every two years
Candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA, or HHA work, as well as students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs, are encouraged to apply.
