Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities
• Ensure a structured routine that includes individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution
• Facilitate community outings such as The Movies, shopping, going to dinner, baseball game, bowling

Requirements

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid drivers license; Use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
