About the role
TrueNorth Wellness Services offers full-time, part-time, and substitute/on-call positions in their Residential Program located in Littlestown, Hanover, and York, PA.
Job Duties
- Meditation Monitoring
- Assistance in client homes with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
- General property/household chores
- Completing documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
- Providing human services assistance and advocacy for clients living with chronic mental health disorders
- Providing trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
- Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Pay
The pay rate starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.
