Pay Rate: $21.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Schedule

• Full-time overnights: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 11pm–9am
• Part-time, relief/per diem, 2nd and 3rd shifts also available

About the Role

Direct Care Professionals support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily activities, ensure a structured routine, and provide opportunities for community integration.

• Individual community outings (e.g., movies, shopping, dining, baseball games, bowling)
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living and personal care
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Requirements

• Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter

Qualifications

While not required, the following qualities are encouraged:

• Interest in CNA, PCA, or HHA-type work
• Students in Human Services, Psychology, or Sociology programs (tuition assistance available)
