Full-time overnight positions available on the following schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 11pm–9am. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.
Pay
- $21.00 / hour starting pay rate
- $22.00 / hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment

About the Role
Direct Care Professionals are part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Medication distribution
Community outings provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, and bowling.
Requirements
- Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
- TB screening and physical required upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter

Qualifications
Candidates with the following qualities are encouraged to apply:
- Interest in CNA, PCA, or HHA type work (not required)
