$2,500 Sign-On Bonus – Residential Support Staff

You’ll work alongside a supportive team to provide hands-on care, skill-building, and everyday support that turns houses into homes.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and routines
- Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance
- Help coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities
- Implement individualized support and behavioral plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Provide transportation as needed
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers
- Act as a positive, consistent role model

- This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll support individuals both at home and in the community.
- Responsibilities may include physical care, behavioral support (including trained interventions), and household tasks.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
- Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration.
- Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
