Direct Blow Fill Operator

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is the nation’s largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages, based in NC, SC, MD, & DE. Jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo, we make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages across five states, develop our own beverage lines, and bring you the beverages you love.

Blow Fill Operator Role Overview: Effectively operate all the necessary equipment and/or machinery required for self‑manufactured Bottled Water and or Still Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Sets up lines and changes flavor when necessary.
• Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the machine operates properly.
• Operates the BlowMold filler, the bottle labeler, and the shrink film packager.
• Performs internal and external sanitation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing production line experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience with performing light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, quality controls, and performing flavor change overs.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

Associates Degree preferred.
