Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Blow Fill Operator to join our team.

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing production line experience.
• An associates degree preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience with performing light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, quality controls, and performing flavor change overs required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• The ability to make sound decisions.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment.
• Must be self-motivated and enjoy working with numbers and tracking performance results.
