About the role
We are seeking a Director of Vocational Rehabilitation and ADA Services to join our team. This role is a remote position within the continental US. Key responsibilities include overseeing vocational rehabilitation services, managing ADA accommodation programs, and providing subject matter expertise to sales and account teams.
Responsibilities
- Leads oversight of vocational rehabilitation services, including development and execution of return-to-work strategies, employability assessments, and job accommodation planning.
- Tracks external market trends and competitor activity to continuously evolve ADA services and offerings.
- Directs the administration and continuous improvement of ADA accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and evolving market needs.
- Provides oversight to teams responsible for the evaluation of complex disability and accommodation scenarios and provide guidance on reasonable accommodations, return-to-work pathways, and functional capacity considerations.
- Establishes and maintains best practices for vocational rehabilitation and ADA policies, including documentation standards, workflows, and service delivery models.
- Promotes consistency and compliance with ADA and vocational rehabilitation practices across internal stakeholders.
- Supports resolution of complex client and employee accommodation issues, including escalations, complaints, and risk mitigation.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field.
- 10+ years of vocational rehabilitation experience, 5 years of management experience.
- CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in case management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate degree.

Pay
The salary range for this job is $140,000 to $200,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
Schedule
This role is a remote position within the continental US. Travel is less than or equal to 10%.
