Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants
• Support technical go-to-market strategies alongside the sales team
• Guide Pre-Sales team in complex customer engagements
• Oversee product demonstration logistics and strategy
• Collaborate on strategic plans with finance and business units
• Create and manage a library of RFP and Value Engineering tools
• Deliver high-level customer-facing content during sales initiatives
• Provide market analytics to inform product roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience, particularly in Solutions Consulting and Strategy
• Proven experience leading global teams
• Strong ability to drive marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Expertise in technical solutions and industry-wide strategies
• History of creating environments for sales success and cross-functional partnerships

Pay

$204,480 – $306,720 annually
