Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance or related field, with 8 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience; or an equivalent combination of education directly relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees in business, finance, healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Required Experience/Skills

• Demonstrate knowledge of revenue integrity operations, CMS regulations, hospital and professional billing, medical records, service item processes, Charge description master functions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes, guide teams, and support changes across the healthcare system.
• Ability to develop long-range business plans, performance improvement strategies, and revenue integrity initiative that support organizational goals.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• 10 years of progressive revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience,
• experience leading process improvement, standardization, and performance monitoring initiatives across revenue cycle or revenue integrity functions.
• Active CCS, CCS-P, HFMA, AAPC, AHIMA.
