Dir, Product Marketing
Job Description
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the strategy and go-to-market execution for one of our most strategic product lines. They will own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for the product line, define the technical and business requirements, establish the messaging and value proposition, set and own the pricing strategy, and serve as the senior product line spokesperson.
Key Accountabilities
Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for the product line, defining the objectives, positioning, and metrics that measure success.
Define the technical and business requirements that ensure new products reach the market complete and competitive, and direct execution across the multifunctional product development team.
Establish the messaging and value proposition for the product line and its product families, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and consistent narrative across all customer-facing channels.
Serve as the senior product line spokesperson to the executive team, reporting on performance, market dynamics, and strategic direction, and helping to shape investment and roadmap decisions.
Partner with sales, customers, and engineering to assess and recommend the course of action on strategic sales and customer requests, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
Champion the voice of the customer and the field, translating customer and sales feedback into a prioritized, forward-looking product roadmap.
Represent the product line externally as a thought leader with key customers, partners, and industry analysts, and at industry events.
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship across the extended product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience. For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. Base Pay Range $254,382.04
