About the role
The Creativity & Productivity Business Capability, Design & Delivery team is looking for an experienced Director of Product Management, responsible for delivering business outcomes that matter, building trusted relationships, driving a meticulous product and AI-first perspective into the product management team, and simplifying processes in a matrixed organization. You will be able to articulate and influence at the executive level (VP, Senior Director) to effect meaningful business transformation and GenAI/Agentic AI innovation. You will collaborate with architecture and program management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, deploy and operate technical solutions. Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) business unit to simplify processes and efficiently deliver business value.
- Own the effort to instill product management standards and a focused approach to building an innovative product roadmap bringing to bear strategic enterprise vendor partners such as Microsoft (Dynamics) and Amazon (Connect) as well as Adobe’s own Experience Platform and Experience Management solutions.
- Present to VP/Sr. Director level partners every quarter on product roadmap attainment and service management based on data and insight.
- Partner with Business Unit, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops and Legal Ops to understand end-to-end requirements and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap.
- Identify talent development opportunities and drive an agenda of constant learning and improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years proven track record in software product management and business development.
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken, and consistent record to influence executive partners.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- Practical knowledge of B2C and B2B Routes-to-Market, business processes, applications (Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting as well as complex large-scale integrations) and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.
- Passion for mentoring and growing product managers while fostering a focused product approach in everything we do across distributed North America and India teams.
- Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms, business processes.

- Proven track record in leading and managing product development teams.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $155,200 -- $304,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Schedule
This role is full-time and located in the United States.
