Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Strategy to translate strategic direction into clear product outcomes, priorities, and delivery plans for complex product areas
- Define product vision, outcomes, and priorities aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market context
- Lead product discovery, framing problems, evaluating options, and driving evidence-based decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations
- Set the standard for high-quality product management through strong execution in discovery, prioritization, narrative development, and outcome definition
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution by partnering with engineering, design, data, commercial, legal, and operational stakeholders
- Act as a catalyst for improving product ways of working by identifying opportunities for change and building momentum through influence and visible results
- Communicate product intent, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior stakeholders to enable informed decision making and alignment
- Support the evolution of product strategy and execution through continuous learning, feedback integration, and adoption of emerging practices including AI
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $171,100.00 - $248,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
