Responsibilities
- Supervise BDMs in training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
- Attain targeted profit margins as determined by business goals.
- Increase sales growth with acceptable levels of gross margins as determined by business goals.
- Increase market share for products and services.
- Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and establishes processes and procedures to effectively meet those needs.
- Met financial sales goals.
- Increase business through combination of account penetration/customer prospecting efforts.
- Prepare and present customer programs.
- Prepare and present MDA agreements.
- Interact with finance.
- Implement efficient sales processes and procedures to meet customers’ demands.
- Implement sales plans that recognize customer profitability issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4 - 6 Years experience in Sales / Marketing or related area within foodservice industry
