Responsibilities

  • Supervise BDMs in training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
  • Attain targeted profit margins as determined by business goals.
  • Increase sales growth with acceptable levels of gross margins as determined by business goals.
  • Increase market share for products and services.
  • Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and establishes processes and procedures to effectively meet those needs.
  • Met financial sales goals.
  • Increase business through combination of account penetration/customer prospecting efforts.
  • Prepare and present customer programs.
  • Prepare and present MDA agreements.
  • Interact with finance.
  • Implement efficient sales processes and procedures to meet customers’ demands.
  • Implement sales plans that recognize customer profitability issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4 - 6 Years experience in Sales / Marketing or related area within foodservice industry
