Dipline Associate I - Playcraft

Job Responsibilities

• Hanging, dipping, and unloading coated parts.
• Inspecting parts for defects and repairing them.
• Placing parts on pallets for further processing.
• Following standard work processes (SOPs).
• Following all safety guidelines as per job safety analysis (JSAs).

Physical Demands

• Regularly use hands for fine manipulation.
• Walk, stand, or sit for long periods.
• Team lift over fifty (50) pounds.
• Handle and move materials frequently.

Working Conditions

• Noise level may be moderate to loud.
• Extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of universal hand tools.
• Ability to learn various department centers including Assembly and Hardware.
• Ability to learn to read and understand assembly instructions.
• Ability to learn assembly of small and large playground equipment including application of hardware.
• Ability to learn to read a measuring tape.
• Attention to detail regarding product specifications, quality standards, and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support multiple customers.
• Absence is an essential function of this position.
• Ability to cross-train on other areas within the facility.
• Must be 18-years of age.
