About the role
All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Training may last up to 15 weeks. After completing training, you will move to the hired shift.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine set-up and changeover of machines, adjusting as needed to process operations accordingly.
- Run orders per product specifications and standard practices.
- Sort, label, and package products per customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices.
- Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools, calipers, micrometers etc.
- Understand and implement quality standards and procedures.
- Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
- Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
- Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
- Maintain work area with necessary supplies to complete processes - 4S+ standard work.
- Operate heavy equipment necessary to move, load, and ship material and/or finished products throughout the manufacturing environment.
- Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correct discrepancies to achieve business goals.
- Aid and support other team members in meeting department and site goals.
- Contribute and participate in team decision making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide support in project work and other special requests.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, OR a 1-year technical certificate, OR equivalent combination.
- Machine aptitude (preferred).
- Troubleshooting experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to:
- Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently.
- Work in high temperatures (100–120°F near machines).
Qualifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay
- Starting Pay: 1st Shift: $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $22.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: $23.00/hr
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday-Thursday
