Manufacturing Team Member

About the role

All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Training may last up to 6 weeks, after which they will move to their hired shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine machine setup and changeovers
• Run orders according to product specifications and standard practices
• Sort, label, and package products per customer and quality requirements
• Conduct product testing using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Follow quality standards, procedures, and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs
• Maintain work areas using 4S+ standard work practices
• Operate equipment to move, load, and ship materials
• Auxiliary inventory accuracy through cycle counts
• Auxiliary assist team members to meet departmental and site goals
• Auxiliary participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Auxiliary maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely
• Auxiliary perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, OR a 1-year technical certificate, OR equivalent combination
• Machine aptitude (preferred)
• Troubleshooting experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to: Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally, Stand for extended periods, Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently, Work in high temperatures (100–120°F near machines)

Pay

• Starting Pay: 1st Shift: $21.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $22.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: $23.00/hr

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday-Thursday
