About the role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Insider) and be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food, maintaining a clean work area, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders in person and over the phone
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items
• Prepare dough, pizza sauce, and fresh veggie toppings
• Stock ingredients in work stations and the walk-in cooler
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Clean equipment and the store
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, cashier, restaurant, pizza maker, or crew member experience is preferred but not required

Paid training is provided.
