Hospitality Attdnt/COOK EVENING DINNER 5PM-11PM

About the Role

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for set up, clearing, and cleanliness of the hospitality area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. You play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness, and federal, state, and local serving regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of this role. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
