About The Role
Servers play the most influential role in shaping the guest experience. You will be the primary point of connection between LoLa 41 and our guests — ensuring every interaction is polished, welcoming, and memorable. The Server is responsible for delivering elevated service with enthusiasm, deep menu knowledge, and a constant presence on the dining floor. You’ll anticipate guest needs, create meaningful moments, and ensure total satisfaction throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays — required
- Positive, friendly, and engaging personality
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–10 hour shifts
- Must be team-focused, dependable, and service-driven
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience is a must
