DINING SHIFT SUPERVISOR - CAZ SPORTS BAR | CAZ

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time
• Schedules of Food/Beverage personnel in respective restaurant outlet
• Helps with all receivables on a daily basis, storing and inventorying of product from vendors
• Orders of all Food/Beverage supplies for respective restaurant outlet
• Verifies validity of casino complimentary slips for the food and beverage check
• Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety and health standards, policies and procedures and follows up to ensure hazards are eliminated
• Enforces PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect the guests’ private card information
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years supervisory experience in a hospitality environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of basic restaurant cashiering procedures, tray service and beverage ingredients
• POS experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus
• Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
• Computer Skills Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using InfoGenesis preferred
