Schedule during normal operating hours: Sunday - Thursday 6am - 3pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set-up, maintain, and break down all service lines.
• Ability to prepare and/or cook food for cold production and for pizza/grill lines.
• Stock, rotate and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Back of the house production includes salad and fruit bars, deli prep, desserts, and commissary items.
• May work on any of the following stations serving our customers: sandwich/salad/pizza/grill/Holy Grounds areas/register stations.
• Cleans and sanitizes food equipment and dining room tables and chairs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Work Skills: Basic reading and writing skills; basic communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Practices excellent personal hygiene habits and follows and adheres to uniform standards
• Ability to: follow directions and complete assigned tasks, work with minimal supervision, and to interact with people on a constant basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred – High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred – Basic knowledge of food service safety and sanitation
• Preferred – Serv Safe Training and Allergy Awareness Training

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours

• Tools, machinery, and equipment used: Knives, slicers, and all kitchen equipment.
• Environmental conditions: Chemicals used for cleaning. Weather exposure for special events.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, push/pull up to 10 pounds independently and up to 40 pounds with assistance. Ability to withstand extreme temperatures.

Salary Posting Information

$17.50 per hour. Shift differential for qualifying shifts.
